Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator
. If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I've found that this is more practical than I thought it would be. Of course I will not be able to log everyday, because I am so busy, but I will do my best to log every 2 weeks or so! I'm in the middle of winter break from school and the temptations and challenges are hard to overcome. I was at 174 but am back to 175 because I am not on a set schedule on break. I've also had some problems when it comes to logging my food.. I need to take the time to do that everyday! It's hard because I've been so busy this week and have been hanging out with friends who can eat whatever they want. I find my self eating French fries and iced Capps instead of what I should be eating, but in trying my best to let it be a normal portion. And it's taught me that you can eat those foods but in small amounts. I've recently joined a new gym that was built right across the street from be which is such a great thing! It's so nice to go there everyday! And it's a good idea to have a gym buddy to go with, me and my best friend got memeberships and are trying to lose weight together. Motivation has always been an issue for me since I've been overweight my whole life. I've found that putting pictures of girls in bikinis or your favorite bathing suit on your refrigerator or making them the lock screen of your phone or computor gives you an extra boost of motivation to make it through the day.
