BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

But if you guys haven't tried this out yet, I suggest you do. Since most teens don't have a membership to the gym and you guys pretty much only do workouts at home, I would highly suggest doing some youtube videos. There are so many fitness and workout videos on youtube that you could use up 30 minutes of your day to do these exercises and you'll definitely see a difference. I know I did. First of all, I'm already athletic but I want to build up some muscle mass and look leaner. I go to the gym and lift weights because that is supposed to burn calories better. So, if you have a computer and internet at home, spend 30 minutes everyday doing youtube videos. My favorite videos are by Blogilates. She does pop pilates videos and I do her "1000 workout" video at least 3 times a week. It's hard and crazy, but it's good and really makes a difference because it blends cardio and strength training and it's an at home exercise without any equipment needed.
