Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Heyyy guys! So it`s been a reaaaallllyyy long time since i`ve talked to you guys!So i guess i`m going to be consistant like i was before when it comes to posting until i get to 120! SOOO as ya`ll can see im now 130lbs! ughughugh :( i made it down to 125lbs,but i think that was water weight so iv`e always been about 128. buuuuut that means that i gained back 2 to 3 pounds (but im also suppost to get my period soon so i could be pre-bloated-idk) BUT even if it is just bloating i wanna get down to 120! AND i WILL get down to 120!!!! iv`e lost almost a total of 25 pounds before,so whats 10 more? i think iv`e actually let myself over-eat on the munchies and with thanksgiving---im a biiiiiiiiiiggggg sucker for pie and whipped cream...so starting toodaaay im getting back-in shape! DAILY PLAN: so im going to start my day with 2 fried eggs and a slice of lightly buttered toast with 1 peice of celery and a small glass of milk,and a small glass of orance juice. afterword im going to go for a 1/2 mile run/jog- for lunch i`ll have a bowl of oat mean and 2 slices of toast with jelly,some carrots,a small glass of milk, a LARGE glass of water, and some nuts! i`ll have 1 serving of whatever`s for dinner,and 'dessert' i`ll have air-popped-pop-corn (ill have that if i need a snack two, and i`ll go for a walk right befoe dinner. I can do this!!!scratch that... I WILL DO THIS! Leave a comment if ya have questions! Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3
