Ht. 5'5", Start: 171 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Okay, so I've decided to take control of my body and I'm kind of excited about it. Is that weird? I want to be healthier and also get in shape for fall soccer. I'm going to be running 30 minutes 5 times a week but I'd like to improve my proformance and started running everyday. Of course, I'm not going to do that right away! I'll take my time and I won't push myself too hard. I will also be counting calories as well as drinking 8 cups of water a day. I'm going to be busy for the rest of my summer, with homework, volunteering for our town's elementary school, my cousins are visiting us, and I'm babysitting. Yeah...I'm definitely busy! My school starts August 25th, and I'm hoping that through hard work, I can get between 169.5 and 166. I don't expect to lose more than 5 pounds since I'm starting kind of late in the month. What are you guys doing to lose weight and get healthier? I'd know what you're doing too!
