Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys, so i didn`t do so great yesterday, it was my sisters 17th birthday... i dont even remember what i had to eat, but is fine. that was yesterday.today is today. so far i had 2 sclces of rasin toast w/ butter a cup of coffee, and kudos snack bar thing... im at 260 calories plus whatever coffee is... i dont count calories but i do mind them. i will not eat something really high in calories,sugar, or sodium. the last couple of days i got attacked by cravings for munchies... so i am now back to 135 but ill be back down within the next 5 days... i pan on going to the track and sprint/walking if the football players aren`t there... i am happy with my body, don`t get me wrong...but i just want to improve my phsical appearence. last year my doctor said that from abot age 9 i started putting on 20 pounds a year, well i didnt gain any weigh this year, i actually almost lost 20 pounds 5 pounds and thats 20 gone... i hope i lose my last 10 before i got to the doctors this year... well thats it for now, i am goin to go take a shower and do laundry... byeeee! ::D Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3
