Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 120 lb - My weight going up and down from family parites is very anoying, did bad with dersserts yesterday and three days ago,, not funny im like what??? you got to be kidding me right???/ I am trying to help Justine as I can, man, she is having a horrible time of not binge eating,, I would do the same thing till last year!!! can't just give up Justine I miss u on here!!! where did you go??? I am like trying to get back on track so can be at my goal by Thanksgiving or Christams, thoses are the hardest holidays,, ,, but any way that is a long way to go!!! ,, , I just want to maintain the weight everytime I lose it every 10-15 lbs!!! once I get down to 120 lbs I want to maintain it for good!! and not suffer with my weight issue I had enought of gaining it back, enough is enough, I just 17 about 3 days ago!! new age to start over ,, and get back on track!!!! don't give up getting to 160's if you girls are 180's - 250 lbs you girls will get there!! I want to get out of 160's this time for good!!!!! next mouth for my grandfather's 75th brithday I am going to do better, not eat then I should!!! ,, small portion sized, I would like to lose more then two lbs,, I would like to say I lost 45 lbs from my heavest 165 lbs from two years ago!!! I want to look good, when I get a pair of new jeans and shrits or sweaters, or sweatshrits, I had not looked good in clothes since I was like 10 years old!! I am like what?? , I am sick of worrying is this pair of jeans in this size going to fit me or not?? I want to be able to pick out a pair of jeans off the 9)10) or 5)6) Juniours rack!! and say I did it!!!! 3)4) Juniours would be make 120 lbs!!! I know Juniorus Large would make me 151 lbs!!! Juniours M would make me 135 or 130 llbs S have me in Juniours S!!!! 5)6) or JUniours 3)4)!!!!! I am trying to get back on track for the water!!!!!!!!!!! no weight loss does not happen overnight.. Changing my eatng habits,, and sitting haits have helped me a lot.. I still don't know who I am!! at times, I want to be like I lost the weight I needed!! !that my goal!! I know Justine can get to her like 4-5 mounths by changing her eating habits and sitting habits.. She can do this!!! counting caloire and reading lables and portion cantroll for a while she was loseing weight she and I were doing it together!! she gave up,, she needs to find movation, find out what causes weight gain back won't cause weight gain back to keep it off.I know this weired not putting Jesssica16. on.
