~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Maddie, Age 14

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 113 lb - Ha ha. Was a little bit too serious there, but ya know what? When you are missing things because your weight (Water parks, swim meets, chilling in the Arizona heat wearing a tanktop and jean shorts, or even WEARING short sleeves) it makes you really upset. I did this to myself, and for the first time in all my life, I'm finally owning up to it. I've always excelled in everything I do. From doing double grades or making a lot of money from my own online business, but there is one thing I haven't mastered yet, and thats weightloss. It's really irritating and I'm sooo sick of it, so no matter how crappy I feel or how much I object, I'm going to get outta bed tomorrow morning, eat a healthy, portion correct meal, leash up my dog and go for a half hour jog. Then I'm also going to follow the rest of my plan too. I've already lose 16 pounds and I know I can lose another 42, if I really try. So, even though I've posted stuff like this a million times before, but this times I'm really confident I can do this. Have faith - Maddie
