Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 142 lb - So far, by reading most of the success stories and knowing there are others on here that are determined to lose weight really makes feel like I can do it. I remember when i first started working out, I couldn't even walk a mile but i still did it, i couldn't do one full push up (now I can do 50) and i remember that night almost gave up because i couldn't even run one full lap. Now, I can do 4 1/2 miles of running and lately i've been lazy but starting tomorrow i will start working out again. I want to show those people who have called me weak, stupid, fat, and weird that I am strong, intelligent, and that I can be thin too. Also, I don't want to spend my entire life with a disease or serious health issue. Now, For the diet....I need help and would like a buddy. I have these love handles and arm fat i would love to get rid and my huge thighs :L
