Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 104 lb - Ellie recmmand healthy weightloss condser loseing 1-2 pounds a week, is healthy, once you lose 200 pounds you want to reward youself with new clothes, you can be 250 lbs lighter by your sweet 16th britday!! in two years!! once you reach half of your goal weight, what I sugguest is reward yourslef with a store, called dElIA's , trsut me It is really nice clothing store for ages 13-collage, when you lose 5 pounds you want to reward youself with lip gloss, 10-15 pounds hair acceossoriess, 20-25 pounds nail polish 30-40 pounds balls, 80-85 new game borad, 90-100 pounds new jounrial, or new writing supplies, remember don't reward youself with food, you want to reward yourslef something fun that does not include food.. Imagage yourslef being healthy and being able to shop teenger girls shop at!! , don't give up!!
