Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys! Ugh! I gained 2lbs of water weight... im really bloated from my period D= i have to go to a baby shower tomorrow :/ im starting fresh tomorrow too, i`m doing this thing where u do this one workout video for 21 days 1-3 times a day and ur suppost to lose about 8.5 pounds! by the time im done being bloated i would be about 130ish! yaay! they say the best thing to do when ur on ur period is to exercise so i started tht vid 2nite... its awesome! my sister got air back into her bike, i can go walk the track, lift my 8lb weights, jumprope,dance, do stuff in gym, and work! =D i was suppost to start on may 1st but i had vreally bad cramps on the 1st and 2nd, the 3rd was my nieces b-day, and today`i didnt wanna do anything so i just did the vid. some yoga, and lift for bout 5 min. i am really nervous to go to the baby shower cuz of all the food.... i hope they have fruit salad lol! I was gonna hang out with michael today at the mall but 1. i wasnt allowed to go over my friends so that we could go and meet up with him, 2. he had to go in a quad race or whateva lol... tomorrow im gonna start the day out with some yoga, some brakfeast, and some reading + candels! i become really mellow when im outside with candels! im going to ask my mom if i get down to 115lbs by the end of the year if i can get my bellybutton peirced as a reward!! im looking forward to the summer... and perhaps my first kiss.... hehehehe ill fill ya in later... for now im going to bed so nite! wish me luck!<3 ::D i miss him <3...
