Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Do any of you guys know of exercise routines that you can do well your sick? I been sick since Friday and I haven't really been able to exercise that much cause I will start to feel worse and when I'm sick I eat really little snacks/ meals all day and I've been gaining weight. If you guys have any tips on exercising while your sick please let me now!!! Because all of this gaining weight back is just making me feel worse :(
