Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Been eating more than I should be lately, hoping to get back on track tomorrow.. I can sort of see differences in my body now, my stomach only makes me look half Pregnant now and you can sort of see a line going down the middle , hoping to get a mini 6 pack :) I run or fast walk every day for 30 mins atleast, jump on trampoline, go on eliptical, and do yoga and muscle exercises, wishing the results would show faster though :s
