Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Sabrina, Write down all the reasons that cause you to begin to stir and want to lose weight. This is just for you, so be bold and write everything down, even if it's very personal.  Then write down- How will your life be better if you lose the weight?  If you don't lose the weight, what are you going to miss out on? What opportunities will you lose out on of you don't lose weight. Now while I'm trying to lose weight I keep up on my diet for a week and one day of the week I have a cheat day, where I can eat anything I want. Just think about it. You eat healthy for a week and then on Saturday(or whatever day you want it on) you can eat anything you want. That really helps motivate me. Treat yourself! Hope this helps!
