~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 203 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi everyone. I'm knew to this but I read some bulletins and I just wanted to share. So yesterday my whole family and I started our new diet. Well, it's not really a diet, we're just trying to be more healthy. So far I've done pretty well. We all drink 3 bottles of water a day. We also have structured dinners together, which usually consist of some kind of meat, a vegetable, and some other random (healthy) thing. Also, I jog on the treadmill for 20 minutes. It's so hard though!! There's so many temptations at school and when all of my friends are eating cookies and other sweets right in front of me, I could just cry. Does anyone have advice on how to resist the temptation?
