~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 108 lb - Hey! We have a lot of new people on here so just wanted to say 'hi' and welcome! Guys, we all screw up sometimes, but we need to know that it gets better. I also wanted to suggest a GREAT exercise, its called Step Ups and its excellent! I'm already see results! All you have to do is go up and down stepping on a stair step or chair! And it burns approximately 900 calories per hour for a 150 lbs person, Its supposed to be great for tone up and weight loss. My new routine (After Sunday, I decided to change it to something I could do at home and get it DONE) Step ups 1 hr. morning 900 Step ups 30 minutes 450 Walk my dogs 200 Walk to park with my sister 275 Sleeping (Yes, it burns cals) 400 Cleaning (My job :)) 300 = 2475 calories burnt I really hope I can lose like 4-6 lbs on Meg's contest! Well, gotta go do my step ups! <3 Maddie (Note: I'm homeschooled so I'm on here earlier then most people o_o)
