Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 104 lb - I only had a couple of cookies, yesterday,which was fine last night one scoop of ice cream, I plan on drinking more water! I tell other thoses that are just new here changing your eat habits is important, and also excriseing 30 miuntes a day! I plan on doing 1800 meters and 100 meters which I do very well,soft ball or jump in the sand,I am going to train for the 1800 meters for track.. Track starts in a couple of mounths now. Jessica16.
