Ht. 5'9", Start: 220 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I've been feeling great and notice my arms and legs toning up. :) BTW girls if you want to strengthen and tone with out bulking up you arms try doing ballet workouts! Google them they are very tiring but will help you achieve slender, limbs that are also musuclar. :)
