Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 151 lb, Goal: 108 lb - Happy New Year! I can't seam to get over the flu! I'm sicker today then I was yesterday. Can't wait for Meg's 2 week challenge. Setting my hopes high for around 4-6 pounds! My new diet consists on 1100 calories per day, 20 grams fat, 25 grams fiber, 1000-1500 mg sodium and 5 tbs. sugar. My new routine: Walk to my community park 3 times, 20 minutes step ups, 300 leg lifts while lifting weights, 10 minutes hard core strength training. Happy New Year everyone! Don't give up!
