Ht. 165 cm, Start: 66 kg, Today: 65.5 kg, Goal: 55 kg - Hey girls, just cheaking in. Yesterday I rode my bike to the swimming pool, swam 1 km and then rode home. I am going again tomorrow because I plan to do it every second day. I'm trying so hard but not much is working and I really need to lose quite a bit of weight really soon. If you know how to lose weight quickly but safety, please comment, I'm talking, 4 pounds a week guys!
