Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 149 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys, NEVER LOSE HOPE,NEVER GIVE UP,NEVER CAVE IN,AND MOST IMPORTANTLY,NEVER STOP BELIVEING IN YOURSELF!!!lol just incase yall needed some motivation!but anyway...i grew an inch and a half!(good for the percentile lol)so i have a new workout plan...50 crunches four times a day,15 lunges each leg twice a day,25 squats twice a day,30 push ups twice a day,and some time on my ∞ peanut shaped exercise ball!LOL! trying to drink two full bottels of my 25 oz. water bottel a day too! im getting nervous cuz its almost febuary!EEK!(thts when my 1/2 way point is for 136 which is 9 lbs away,and 9 from 125 if tht makes sense to yall!) i truly want to look beautiful in my semi dress (if i go),you guys dont know how much yall mean to me!i belive in EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!i may not post often,but i come on here every single night unless im at my friends house or something...also in janury,army dudes are coming to be our phsy. ed trainers!most people hate it,but im really excited!lol!but thats pretty much it,im aming for 142 this week,wish me luck,<3byeee ::)
