Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey! I need opinions on this meal plan, help me out? -Breakfast-: 1 cup 1% milk, 1 cup Cheerios, 1 sliced banana -Snack-: 1 medium apple, carrots -Lunch-: 1 can of Light Progresso soup, salad with 1/2 serving of Vegetarian beans and veggies -Snack-: grapes and 2 celery sticks -Dinner-: 1 serving Campbell s Tomato soup mixed with water, corn or green beans -Snack-: 2 celery sticks I'm cautious of calories, but this equals to my total. Please give me some advice or opinions on what to improve on. Thank you so much! Maddie
