Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Well my scale bailed on me so I don't know how much I lost. I need to do some weight exercises, but I really don't know how. All I have are 2 1lb weights. I need to work my upper body more as I do a lot of cycling for my legs. I've gotten a lot of exercise this week,but there is no healthy food in the cafeteria and I don't know what to do. I don't have the option of bringing lunch and I absolutely have to eat.Today I had a bake potato with broccoli, some milk and jello. I know it sounds awful,but as soon as I get home I'm on the bike. Any advice? BTW I watch the biggest loser. Anybody else?
