~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I did good and bad today. I had toast with jam for breakfast, blt and like 2 bites of a sugar cookie for lunch...problem was dinner...we went out. I had this small burrito thing but I ate all the rice and beans, oh and chips and salsa. I did really great at the beginning of the day so I hope that kind of balances out my dinner. I sped walked 2 miles on the tredmile. Not very much but I feel really good. I always feel good after exercising. I'm going to a concert tomorrow and so that means I'll be going out to dinner with my sister. I'm doing Weight Watchers. If you don't know how that works I'll give a brief summary. In WW food is a certain amount of points based on fat, protein, and carbohydrates and each day you get a certain allotment of points based on weight, height, and gender along with bonus points for the whole week. It sounds confusing but so far it's been working really well for me. Anyway, I planned what I'd be eating tomorrow at dinner (which took up most of my points) and so now I know how to eat the rest of the day in preparation for dinner. How do you guys manage big events like parties and stuff or going out to dinner? Any tips and advice?
