BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 228 lb, Today: 226 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Have any of you heard about the website Myfitnesspal.com? Its a website where you can track your foods. You enter the name of a food, then click on that food, and it comes up in your food diary with the calories it consumed. You can set a daily calorie goal. For men, its more realisitic to have it for 1400-1500, while women want it more 1200-1300. You can track your excersize and it tells you how many caloies you burned. If you want to keep an eye on your sodium intake, sugar intake, fat intake, and all those things it has it aswell. There is a comuninty and you can post your weight loss progress, pictures, ask for motivation, and everything. Its like a forum. Its a very neat website and it keeps me on track and accountable for my weight loss journey! You should try it out.
