BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 217 lb, Goal: 200 lb - stop beating yourself up for the "bad" food choices you made its okayyy just learn from it and keep going ,,, when i make a bad eating choice after im done eating it i think of how my body feels and if it was really worth it eating it again , like mccdonalds for instance last time i ate it and went to the gym i felt HORRIBLE ! my heart was beating wayyyy to fast and my workout wasnt enjoyable =/ and eating something healthy gave me the exact opposite feeling i felt great and energized =D ,,, so my point is if you dont feel slumpy after eating it and if you didnt eat too much of it your fine stop worring so much :))
