Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 135 lb - It's going good. I started with walking, then speed walking...I tried to run for a few minutes the other day...my legs are feeling the after effects...ow. And now my legs hardly want to move! I'm two pounds away from having lost 20 pounds, so excited!!! It's nice to know that I can actually lose weight. I love exercise, not just because of how it makes me feel but it helps me make healthier choices when I eat, because I don't want to just waste all that time I exercised to satisfy a momentary pleasure. I hope all is going well for all of you. I'll update when I hit the 20 pound mark!! :)
