Eat 85% lean meat, if you are not a veagtan. Eat vetables, soy beans, furit, for veagtans.... For meat eater, eat 85% lean, eat a lot veatables, and furit, drink one glass of 2% milk, and orange jusice, grpaefurit juice, strawberries, oranges, pineable, mucles. crabs, lostber, shrimp, fishes, veatenas, eat a lot of veatables, and veggie buggers, no meat, salds, no meat... have eggs, eat whole wheat bread, touf.
