Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I remeber having issues like that, It was horible, but I never gave up, I remeber having a hard finding clothes. It took me an hour to find a swimsuit that fits me. Almost last summer, and even 11 mounths a go. I weighed 165 pounds, I was at risk becoming to be obesty. I was almost 170 pounds, Today I am working on to 118 pounds, I have noicted the differents. Eating less, and excriseing drinking watet, helps, water improves weight loss, doing a lot of things that are excriseing, Bike riding, running, walking, swiming, riding sctccor, walking the dog, I was reading what other teens are do a workout with excriseing DVD"S I saw the DVD on Amazon. Extrme tone for teens Dance workout. I would recomand it. Even I havent bought it yet, It is a DVD for teens, I think it cost like $14.99 or $7.99 used. It is a work out dvd.. I hope the best wishes for thoses who are just starting out. So far I have lost 7 pounds, that is a good start, I hope that my weight will be 152 pounds next week I know that pretty crazy. Loseing 2 pounds a week works. I do use Eating Well it is not a fad diet, they recomand eating one seerving per meal. There are recipes online I most of the teens on here go to public school the recipes you can make for lunch to being for lunch at school.. I know what it was like fried food at my elmarnty days.I dont reamcand eating fried if you have health corncs, talk to your doctor if you have issues with food.
