Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 169 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 147 lb - Im 5' 4.5'' i'll be 16 next month and i am very active with walking and swimming, i swim 4 to 5 times a week; but my health is very poor, my body doesn't absorb vitimins in foods well, so i suppose to eat alot more, along with tablets vitimins. But i forget to take them twice a day, i can barely keep up with drinking enough water, yet alone sleep! help any thoughts to boost my excerise, and better ways to remember stuff?
