BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Like many of you, I have struggled with weightloss my entire life. I attended Camp Shane which is basically a fat camp and lost 15lbs! It was really hard to keep off after leaving that environment and needless to say i put the weight back on in only 2 months. :( i'm back at it again tho. This time i'm not gonna quit. I recently signed up with a personal trainer and have been eating right, but there are still those times when i allow myself to eat things i shouldn't because it's the only way for me to stay on a diet. Another thing i'm doing differently this time is that i am only weighing myself once every month because i'm tired of not seeing the change i feel like i worked hard and deserve. Everytime i start the weightloss process i want the pounds to shed away quick, but i know this cannot always be the case. This site always helps to motivate me, so your comments are GREATLY appreciated. I'll let yawl know my next update on March 1st!
