Ht. 5'4", Start: 275 lb, Today: 270 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone. Ahh, I haven't really been on this site in awhile. I'm back though and lately, everything has been really well with me. Health-wise at least. I've been eating healthy foods everyday and drinking water. I try to work out a lot, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood so I don't. When I do, though, I go for about 20 or 30 minutes. Hey, at least it's somethin', right? Anyway, I've been at this for almost two weeks and I've lost 5 pounds! I think I've finally got this down.
