Ht. 5'3", Start: 167 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 148 lb - alright so this entire summer i've been attempting to diet but have been failing. i have a month until school starts and i want lose 15 lbs. i dont know if that's possible but i just want to lose some weight so i can prove to myself that i can finish what i started. any tips for motivation?
