~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I have a goal. I'm on my high school's drill team and i'd really like to be near my goal weight by April for our spring show. I want to do my last spring show to the best of my abilities. Personally, I feel like I'd be better if I did lose the weight. I mean, i'm good now, but i think i could do them better. Get more height on my leaps, kick longer without being as tired. Those kinds of things. Not to mention, I think reaching my goal weight is a great way to graduate high school with. Like I'm going on to the next phase of my life. Anyways, I was wonder what I could do to reach my goal weight. What's best for me to eat, exercise, motivation to keep going, anything helps. Thanks!
