Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So i'm still lingering at the same old number. It's frustrating1 But oh well. frustration won't melt off the pounds, unless someone knows something i don't =P So! Optimism FTW! Well. Now that exams are finally over, i'm planning on attempting to work out with the Wii (WiiFit/WiiSports, anyone?( which is actually way harder than it looks, i'll have you guys know! :) That thing only looks easy! My poor little "Mii"/Avatar" character even gets exhuasted on that thing! Annyyyway. I've also heard of Jillian Michaels and her famous (infamous, rather) "30-day Shred". It looks fasinating (probably cause i've just sat here WATCHING it without bothering to get up and try it, so far =P) but i haven't tried it. Aha. I don't think i'm exactly ready for an official "butt-kick" just yet. But i will try today, or tomorrow, and i will get back to everyone and post my thoughts? comments?
