Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Okay so I'm pretty happy with the way I look even though I weigh more then most still I'm a size 10 to 12 now (When I started I was a 16) so I bought this book thin thighs in 30 days its a little book about 70 pages basically it combines walking/running with toning exercises for your legs different things for each day of the week, by August I want to be 185 and a solid size 10 :)
