Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 249.8 lb, Goal: 155 lb - HIIIII :} ii havnt been on here in a while...but summer just started and im losing 40 pounds this summer!!!! i can do it...its about 4 pounds a week and i know that is possible becaue ive lost 10 pounds one week!!! i just gotta work my but off!!! sooo heres my plan 1200 calorie diet...and since i dont have a gym member ship since i cant afford one right now...im running one mile 3 times a day....abs everyother day....and stretching everyday...if i end up getting a gym member ship i will add a hour of cardio to that...I also would start a lifting program. For lunch Im going to have a turkey and cheese sandwhich a snack will be a can of green beans and dinner would be a really good vegie plate with some potatoes... ill come here once a week prolly because if i come every day ill get really frustrated...it seems to always be that way...well this week im hoping for a lose of 5 pounds!!!! wish me luck and good luck to evveryone else!
