Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 155 lb - its been a week since i started my goal to lose 100 pounds by jan 1st next year. I havnt weighed myself because i dont have a scale, although i just ordered one and will be able to see the numbers soon! hopefully im losing weight...i slipped up this weekend alot and drank a little bit which was a stupid idea becausae they were just empty calories that i def didnt need. hopefully it didnt hurt me too much! im going to work extra hard this week in the gym, lifting and eating healthy. hopefully ill have some good news when i get a scale and will be able to see those pounds shed. I know its only been a week but my stomach seems flatter, my boyfriend even said something this morning to me...he asked if i was trying to lose weight, and it was embarassing so i didnt say i was, but it made me feel great that he asked that. I dont know how he couldnt tell i was trying, i eat alot healthier and no desserts, but maybe he was just trying to be nice. I hope everyone is staying on track and good luck with everything !!!
