Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 157.8 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hello. Another 2 pounds down :) Today I'm planning to add some cardio into my weekly weight loss regime. However, I have an important question about my gut. What I don't understand is why I have a curvy waist where you can see the lining of my waist going in as if its slender lol. But when I look into the mirror I see a gut thats stopping me from having a flat tummy:( I really want to lose this. Do you guys have any advice. or Equipments? thank you!
