Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159.8 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hello. So I was determined to lose over 15 pounds within my winter break session, however, I did not. I'm actually glad that I didn't do any of those fad diets or any starving mode to lose this weight. Although I didn't lose how much I expected to I did went down from .....168 pounds back down to 159.8 in three weeks by just eating healthy and not exercising. Now that school is back in session I'm planning to start exercising and have NO fast food! :) I'm proud that I'm back on my butt :D Having wasted a good 5 months doing nothing but going back to my old eating habits. I'll see you all on Valentines Day challenge. I'm hoping I can get down to 152 by then. Good luck everyone! :D
