BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - 50 pounds to lose...I've really done good this week though. I've been eating lots of vegetables and fruit - and because it's cold outside I've started to do crunches and push ups before bed and in the morning after I wake up. I think I'm going to start up Pilates again, but not until after Thursday (bcuz we're havin a xmas party). I've noticed I have no problem losing weight or maintaining it. But I easily gain weight too...and usually my 'diets' don't work out because I lose motivation half way and i just say over and over "I'll do it tomorrow." and then I never do. Any tips to help keep me motivated?
