Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 105 lb - WOW! u guys r losing sooooooo much weight!! How do you do it?? My family already eats really healthy, but nothing's changed besides a little eight gain. My parents think that I'm a "normal size" and I'm "too young" to lose weight. I've actually had some mental breakdowns at times in my life, which made me feel MISERABLE!! I HATE it when people make fun of me! And at school, everyone wears skinny jeans, and I just can't! I feel horrible. Plus, all the girls are lifting eachother up into the air, but not me! They know for a fact that I'd crush them. :( I dunno... I really wanna be healthy, but I'm not confident that it's gonna work. Like I said earlier, I already eat really healthy... How can I change my lifestyle in order to lose weight? I bought a yoga ds game and I'm using it 1/2 hour a day, but I don't know if that's working. I read that it's really helps to jump rope for 10 minutes straight, and I can't even do 1!! I get tired just sprinting 1 time around our puny driveway. Plus I can't wear tight shirts cuz it shows off my hideous luvhandles!! My stomach is HUGE. When I sit down I can feel it fold and it just grosses and creeps me out. What should I do?? Plz help me!! I'm MISERABLE. :'(
