~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I have 52 pounds to lose...52...It's such a heavy thought. I haven't lose any weight. I haven't gained any weight. I can't work up the motivation to exercise. And it's so hard here, where I live because it's already FREEZING cold outside; and I hate working out indoors. I DON'T want to get a gym membership because I hate exercising around other people. I just don't know what to do...I WANT to lose weight but I just can't work up the motivation to exercise. In in recent months I've become quite comfortable with my body. Sure, I'm still a bit self-concious and I know I need to lose weight for my health but I've become quite accepting of myself. I've accepted my love handles and stretch marks...It doesn't mean I love being this way, I've just moved on past the ugly part of it and started to see myself as...pretty. I want to lose weight so I can be healthy and so when I'm older I can teach my children healthy eating/exercising habits...I need tips on how to cut back from those carbs and desserts that I love so much, and I need tips to help me get motivated to exercise :)
