Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I've lost 4 pounds! I weighed 180 about a week ago, so I'm off to a good start. I haven't even exercised that much, only like 3 maybe 4 times, and I've just been cutting back on processed foods, drinking more water, and eating more fruits and veggies. I also don't eat at school...I take a 100 Calorie Snack and a FiberOne bar to keep me from starving , then when i get home, I have an apple, some grapes, water, and on occasion and orange. It's fabulous - I'm so happy :)
