Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Just wanted to update and say that i've officially lost 15lbs and 15 inches. It's taken about three months, but this is the longest i've stuck to eating healthy and exercising fairly consistently in a long time. Also, last time I lost a good chunk of weight- i wasn't losing as many inches- so this is awesome! The wedding I'm in is later this month, so I'm going to do either taebo or turbo jam every other day for the next couple of weeks and eat a very clean diet. Oh yeah, i haven't even been counting calories- just cutting out a lot of over-processed stuff. Although I was losing more on nutrisystem, I feel better just eating very healthy- tons of veggies and fruits and lean meats. Technically I am now 214.8. I am shooting for 212 by saturday, but I have a feeling that if I get to 213 I'll still be very VERY happy. As long as I keep losing, it doesn't matter how long it takes (except for big events like weddings and my anniversary!!!) My goal by the end of the month is to be 208. BY the end of next month I hope to break into the 190's!!!! I will be THRILLED if that happens because I haven't been there for TWO WHOLE YEARS!
