BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 236 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Soo, the other day, I weighed myself and also got my body fat %, I'm now 233 & 45.5% body fat. I lost three lbs. :) It's not much yet, but every little counts. I'm in high school, and I'm talking a womens weight training class, and oh boy is it hard. We do warm ups that include lunges (hard) push ups, sit ups, everything you can think of. Then we run 3 laps on the track. Wow it's so difficult. Then we go and work in the weight room. But this is an amazing class, because it isn't a regular weight training, it's womens, so it's more of losing body fat, and toning rather than body building. So I highly suggest this class if it is offered to you.
