Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 163.4 lb, Goal: 150 lb - heyy guys! so this past week and a half i've lost about 2 pounds. not bad not bad at all lol it's hard, i work between 40-45 hours per week so theres not much time to exercise, but its still happening slowly. 4.4 more pounds and ill be able to say, for the first time that i can remember, that "I'm 150 something pounds"... ahhhhhh i can't believe it!!!!! :D i'm so happy. my boss at work commented today on how i look as though i've lost weight.. only like a couple pounds but hey, she noticed. that's good enough. plus at my size a couple pounds shows up as compared to my original size. its because im getting closer to my goal weight so the little things show up. i'm gonna work on losing these 3.4 pounds in the next 2 weeks and hopefully, by mid september i'll be 160lbs. Which, will make my goal of 150 by christmas definitely within my reach. :) hope everyone else is doing awesome. good luck and keep going !
