BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 110 lb - This is a little weird, but i realized this around the beginning of summer. No matter how much i eat, i don't gain weight. I mean, I gain a few pounds after i eat, but thats the food itself. After I go to sleep, and wake up in the morning, I'm back to my usual weight. So what happened was at the beginning of summer, I had mcdonalds almost every single day for like...3 weeks straight. Plus choclate, a large dinner, a whole tub of icecream etc etc. I thought i definitely put on some weight, so i weighed myself one morning and i gained .2 pounds... Which is not even half a pound... So is my metabolism keeping up with me? or what's happening with that...
