Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 115 lb - YAY! I weighed myself and weighed 134! That's 24 pounds! I just want to say, weight watchers is an excellent way to get started on your weight loss. Your weight will be a lot more "steady" if you lose it in a long period of time. I started in febuary, so that's kind of long. But let me tell you - I pigged out for a week straight...and I immediately dropped the weight after two days of eating regular, and a pound more. I don't think I'm quite at a healthy weight yet though.
