Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I’ve decided that I’ll eat no more than 300 calories at breakfast, no more than 400 calories at lunch, no more than 500 calories at dinner, and no more than 200 calories for snacks. That will put me in at 1400 calories. And, the calories I don’t use at one meal (say, I don’t eat breakfast) I can use for a snack or for lunch or dinner. Good plan, right?
