Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Hey i still havnt been seeing any weightloss on the scale..but can def see it when i get ready for work...because im a lifeguard and my suit fits way anyways today i had work all day...and had a turkey sandwhich..with some cheetos because their my weakness and i allow myself to have a serving everyday with my lunch to keep me motivated and positive...then i went to the gym cause i got off early...i ran 7:15 sec...walked for about 6 min..then ran another 2 min and walked another 1 min..then i did 15 min on the bike...and i was sweating like crazy lol..i prolly looked discusting at the gym...but who cares...the end will pay not there to impress anyone...for dinner i had a really big yummy salad...and some diet green tea yay for today and im def not hungry at all!! its amazing how good and alieve i feel right now...i could get used to this ...
